All goods sold by Automotive Integration Solutions are covered under the manufacturer’s statutory warranty. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturer and applies for the duration of the manufacturer’s specified warranty period.
Any defects, faults, or failures must be reported to AIS within the applicable manufacturer warranty period. Claims made outside of this period will not be considered.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the ACL.
The following circumstances are not covered under statutory warranty:
AIS reserves the right to assess each warranty claim individually. Goods determined to fall within the above exclusions will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
All items submitted for return must meet the following conditions at the time of assessment:
AIS reserves the right to reject any return where items are found to have missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of use. Additional fees may apply in such cases.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. AIS recommends using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of AIS following assessment of the returned goods. Please note:
Where a warranty claim is approved, AIS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the faulty item and arrange for it to be returned to you as promptly as possible.
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact AIS directly with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault or issue. Our team will assess your claim and advise on the appropriate next steps.
