We understand that vehicle security is of paramount importance to our clients. That's why we've worked hard to find a reliable, secure and discreet option for tracking, that can be installed in absolutely any vehicle.
We are pioneers of vehicle tracking in Australia, being involved ever since it’s introduction in the early 90’s. We manage all of our client's accounts ourselves, which means that if anything goes wrong, or you have a question about your vehicle, you can contact us directly, rather than being in a massive pool of anonymous customers. We are always happy to work with our clients when they sell or change cars, and can transfer the system between vehicles if required.
Live tracking
Our system provides 24/7 live location data through our smartphone app and web portal. We use a multi-network sim card that works on approx. 192 networks globally, including every Australian network. This means if your car is stolen and shipped overseas (we’ve seen it happen!) you won’t lose location data when it leaves our shores. It also allows the system to jump between networks in case of outages, so you’re not just locked into Telstra coverage areas.
Our vehicle status page shows current location, current speed, ignition status, battery status and how long the car has been stationary for at-a-glance monitoring of your asset.
Live Notifications
Our smartphone app sends configurable push notifications whenever an event occurs on the vehicle. These notifications remain on screen until dismissed, so there’s no risk of missing one. Our system will notify you when the ignition turns on or off, the car enters or leaves a geofence, and if the car battery is disconnected. It will also notify you if the car is travelling over road speed or over a configurable set speed.
We also have an “offline alarm” so that if the device does not send data to the app for 24 hours, you will get a notification and can get in touch with us to let us know and sort it out.
GPS, Geofences and Geolock
The system uses the GPS satellite network for high-accuracy location information. We’ve tracked stolen vehicles and pinpointed exactly not only the property they were on, but that the vehicle was in the shed around the back.
This high precision enables us to be incredibly specific with our Geofences. Rather than just a 200 metre ring (like some systems have), we can run Geofences along streets, suburbs, state borders and pretty much any shape imaginable, with the system notifying you every time the vehicle enters and leaves.
Our Geolock feature is a temporary Geofence around the car, that remains until the ignition is switched back on or manually disabled. Perfect for car shows, airport parking, or if you have to leave your car in an unsavoury area.
Full Reporting capabilities
If vehicle management is a priority, the device can run an comprehensive report on things like start/stop locations, mileage, as well as custom reminders for service intervals, tire replacements and registration payments. It is also able to automatically generate a logbook each day and email it to you.
The app can show a week of data up to two months ago, and the secure server stores the encrypted data for up to a year that we can recover on request. The app has a “report theft” button that creates an incident report that can be used by the police to help recover your vehicle.
Deadlocking and Remote Shutdown

Our device allows us to (with some extra custom hardware) shut down the car remotely from anywhere using the app. Depending on the vehicle we can shut the engine off remotely or simply prevent the car from being started. For safety reasons this will only operate if the vehicle is travelling below 20km/h. No two vehicles are the same and as such the shutdown or deadlock is bespoke to each vehicle we work on.
