The system is retrofitted using Audi compatible parts. The system functions exactly as per the factory ordered system with phonebook transfer (dependant on phone compatibility). Caller ID display both on the Navigation screen and on the instrument cluster display.

Audi Retro-fit Satellite Navigation 

Automotive Integration has a wide range or Audi specific navigation systems that can convert a standard non-navigation screen to touch screen navigation. This system is available on almost all current Audi models.

Audi retrofitted systems use either genuine Audi parts or an aftermarket equivalent.This system functions in the same way as a factory ordered system, when reverse gear is engaged the navigation screen switches over to the camera image.
