The E1 or first  evolution Porsche Cayenne did not have the option of PCM navigation as standard on the diesel variant. This means that the owner would have to option the PCM system with camera for a cost of over $11,000 retail. With such an exorbitant price, it was no wonder very few people took up this option. At Automotive Integration, we have a retro-fit solution using the latest navigation system from Alpine. The new INE-W947EC offers the diver split screen sources displaying both audio and navigation at the same time. In addition, the unit has DVD, Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, USB, iPod and TMC traffic management. The rear factory tailgate handle has been replaced with a retrofit handle that incorporates the rear view camera as part of the assembly. This solution delivers the driver a current day system in a vehicle  that they may have otherwise considered replacing. This seems to be a common thought among our clients. Porsche 981 Boxster front park assist from Automotive Integration.

The new Porsche 981 Boxster is a stunning car. Our challenge at Automotive Integration was to reproduce a factory look with a retro-fit option. The client was referred to us from Porsche Centre Melbourne and requested a front park assist system that would be as close to the factory option as possible. We utilised the factory measurements as a basis for developing this kit. With a soft touch button conveniently placed under the steering column, the client now has the confidence to park her car anywhere.
