The horrors that Automotive Integration finds lurking behind your dash panels.

The sad reality we face as a premium service provider to our clients is to get them to understand that quality is about what you don't see. By this we mean that most jobs on the surface seem to look similar but when you strip away the dash panels and look at the workmanship of some of our competitors, it can be rather disturbing. Below are two before and after pictures of cars that were sent to Automotive Integration on trucks for repair. The first vehicle was a Ferrari F430 that would not start and the second was a Porsche 997 Turbo that would randomly stall and not restart. The Ferrari took over 4 hours of reconstruction to return the wiring to factory and resolve the issue. The vehicle has been faultless ever since. With the Porsche, we again spent several hours rectifying an obviously unqualified technician's attempt at a tracking  immobiliser system. The message we try to convey is that it is better to pay for the right job once (the first time).

How to up-spec a workhorse with Alpine and Automotive Integration.

The VW Transporter is undoubtedly a serious workhorse. These days, a tradesman  spends more and more time is behind the wheel of the vehicle. This means that the vehicle needs to be a place that allows the owner to run their business while on the move. The awesome Alpine INE-Z928Ei  offers the tradesman a mobile office with a huge 8 inch display with split screen capability. The navigation can stay on the screen while the functions such as CD, MP 3, Ipod, Bluetooth audio and more can all be operated with out toggling between screen. With the added safety of a rear view camera, this system ticks all the boxes.
